Breakfast items were limited. Waffle batter was watered down and hot tub was down for renovation. Housekeeping didn't check or clean refrigerator in room. Food was left in the fridge. So Housekeeping didn't do their job.

I would never stay here again. The hotel was very rundown. The furniture in my room was cracked, chiped, and broken. The ice machine, fitness center, and hot tub were all closed. It was very loud. We were all awake all night listening to doors slamming in the hallway. The breakfast was very small and limited. They had toast and some small processed egg pucks. The juice machine was either empty or turned off. A staff member stated that it would be refilled and fixed soon, but it never was. When we checked out oven an hour later, it still was not working. And there was a giant spider on one of the beds. There is a stock car race track next door. We stayed on a Thursday night, so there was nothing going on at the track. But if you stay on a weekend, I'm sure you'll be able to listen to engines racing until the late hours of the night.

Nothing at this hotel was good staff rude,rooms dirty towels left in my room that wasn’t mines,carpet dirty my tube filled up with water wouldn’t go down drain,breakfast wasn’t hot and was mainly ceral but this what I get for 178$

More towels for guest,staff more training and jus remodel the whole thing…. No hot tub etc..

We try to stay exclusively at Marriotts when we travel as elite members you can’t beat the points and should always be able to rely on the name. This hotel should not be in the Marriott family. It was dirty, poorly maintained and lacking advertised amenities. The lady working the evening check in desk was absolutely lovely. Every other staff member we encountered was rude-to put it mildly. Total lack of professionalism from every staff member (other than front desk lady in the evening) The room we first checked into absolutely reeked of pot/cigarettes. It was dirty and the bathroom ceiling was covered in mold. We asked to change rooms. Our second room also reeked of pot/cigarettes although not quite as bad and although it was also less than clean, no visible mold so after a long day on the road with the kids we decided to stay put. Every common area in the hotel was filthy and smelled of smoke. The pool (the kids were so looking forward to) was closed for some unknown reason. The fitness centre was also filthy, not even any sanitizer or wipes for the machines (which had several spots duct taped together) The breakfast was laughable. Hardly what should be advertised as a free hot breakfast, very poor selection that wasn’t be restocked. Ladies working the breakfast were otherwise occupied as they could be heard gossiping quite loudly, laughing and swearing. This hotel is on the higher end of price for the area and it’s an absolute joke they think it’s warranted. I would absolutely not return here and will also be forwarding my concerns to Marriott.

My husband stayed here for two nights during the Biggest Week in Birding Festival. We were disappointed in the facilities and service. We checked in late on a Friday and the woman behind the desk was on her cell phone while checking us in and barely said 10 words to us. She did mention there was no smoking in the hotel (marijuana included) and yet the whole place smelled like weed. The hallways were filthy and a smoke detector was chirping non stop. The room was OK. Nothing great. We went to breakfast at 7 am when it was supposed to be served but nothing was set up and the woman in the kitchen was rude and said "it would be a minute". It was longer than that and we had to leave so we were unable to eat. Really poor facility. Stay away.
