Fairfield Inn & Suites Toledo North

We were birding in the area and the motel was convenient. The place is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We had two queens and both were too soft, especially on the side most used. We were told breakfast would start at 6:30AM which suited us. Only coffee was available at 6:30, Things started appearing about 6:45. We left around 7 and still the eggs and meat were not out. There are convenient stores and restaurants near by.

This is a Poor facility. I would think this is different chain like econo lodge or equivalent. The pool and spa were absolutely filthy. The room was not that great. What seemed to be homeless people congregating on the side of building. I will be looking elsewhere next trip.

There were bedbugs in room 327. I was horrified. The lady was not very apologetic. She gave us a room that stunk of mildew as a replacement and said it was the only other room available. My daughter had the bug crawl on her as she was laying down. The lady at the front desk claims that she has never heard that before.

I will not stay here again. they evidently have smoking rooms on the same floor as non-smoking. my door had the no smoking symbol but those around me didn't. first thing when i got the just figured someone smoked in the hall or what ever but as the night wore on you could really smell it. i do t know why this is allowed in the 21st Century. i am a titanium member and spend over 250 nights a year in Marriott brands this is the first one i've felt the need to rate this poor. i will be sending a note to the membership people about this place.

Traveling for business! The first room they gave me had someone belongings in it the second room the gave me the Door had a huge gap in it so when I left for work I tried to door to see if it was locked and it came open, told young lady at desk and she removed the striker plate and of course it locked it that’s not safe. Manager was asked to call me, which never happened. The front desk gave me another room and it smelled like poop. I packed up and travel back home.

We were just looking for a place to lay our head on our way to someplace else. Room was somewhat small, as was the tv. However, it was clean and comfortable, across the street from Meijer and relatively inexpensive. I have no complaints. ( They had also made it clear that the pool was inoperative).

We chose this hotel for its location as we had reservations for dinner in southern Michigan. It is very easy to get to and near to restaurants, shopping, etc. It is clean and the staff were very courteous. The contential breakfast was excellent. The only reason we give this 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the noisiness of the other guests.

Pleasantly surprised with our room. Very spacious, linens and towels were clean, there was a soft music playing as we entered in the room, 2 TV, one being on the bed area and another on the mini lobby where the sofa bed is. The bath tub was VERY clean and the bathroom Smelled fresh cleaned. Bed and pillows were comfy and breakfast was good. Check in and out was fast and staff was pleasant. I would stay again when traveling to the area. Highly recommend.

I really like the Marriot brands, staff always seen happy at work and friendly compared to other brands. Fairfield Toledo need to rotate mattresses regularly as I constantly slid to one side once in bed. There's lots of parking and it's a quiet hotel. They're still using disposable plastic cutlery though, shame on you Marriott.

We often stay at Marriott hotels for work travel. I would not stay at this hotel again. The rooms are old. The service was to be desired. There are restaurants and grocery stores close by. That is why this location was chosen. Our stay was disappointing. Nothing felt clean. We would not stay here again.
