I am very disappointed with Comfort and IHG. I booked through Expedia and arriving at the hotel they said my card would be charged for incidentals. (Never mentioned the amount. The room was under 100.00. They put a charge for "Incidentals" of $150.00. I travel all over the country and never had an incidental charge that high. Five days later they still have not released the 150.00. I called Comfort and their attitude was o well it may take up to 10 days. This is ridiculous.

Friendly staff and very clean hotel. The main entrance check-in hallway main lounge and breakfast area was clean and we'll kept. Our room/suite we were very happy with and the parking lot was well lit, clean and safe. We had a king bed suite the room was clean, furniture bathroom and rug were clean and we'll kept. We were visiting family near by and Extended our stay an extra day. We look forward to staying at this hotel again. The pictures we looked at from choice hotel app for booking matched our room.

"They need more training! "

Upon arrival around 8:00 pm got my key to 3rd floor. When i open door to my surprise the room was dirty trash on the foor. Empty bottles on table the bed was undone. Wet towels on the floor. Went downstairs and thwy gave a new room , the A/C didnt work. Went downstairs they give me the 3rd room on the 5th floor, guess what? The key didnt work. So here i go again back to the lobby for the 4th time. I was exhausted!!! Here i am 36 hours later and no tefund of my $150 deposit.
