Comfort Suites Copperas Cove

The bathroom was not cleaned. The toilet had feces all over, the mirror hadn’t been cleaned, there was a bar of soap with hair all over it in the shower. There was crumbs on the couch, trash and q-tips on the floor. There was something all over the sheets. I told the person at the front desk and she said she was typing all these notes for her manager to see what she wanted her to do. Common sense would have been to have housekeeping sent up to the room and cleaned immediately but no such luck. The manager never contacted me. Housekeeping visited the next day asking if I needed towels and I had them clean the bathroom. I will never stay here again.

Needed a comfortable place to stay while in town to bury my mother. Staff was compassionate & professional & hotel accommodations were perfect for the whole family

Hotel was very clean and located in a nice Quiet area. The shower head needs to be replaced to get an even spray. It currently has one large area and lots of large radius.

Chech in was quick

I was impressed with check in They were really nice 😊

Fridge was frozen over did not get to keep milk cold or anything, had to buy a ice chest to keep things cold

Do not stay here. It’s the only hotel in Copperas Cove with availability for a reason. The 1st room we were put in was nasty. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed, gunk and hair and mold in the corners of the shower, splatters of what I assume was pee around the toilet, sticky remote, the mat in the shower was yuck. The second room wasn’t much better. They at least made the bed and put towels in there. I left my shoes in the room and they are telling me they didn’t see them. There is no way. My shoes were definitely in that room. Dishonest hotel. Don’t stay here.

The pool closed early and was really cold they didn't not provide blankets for the pull out couch in which my kids were on and the wifi never connected .
