Thames Riviera Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

The Location was lovely, breakfast was great and Paul who supported guests at breakfast was lovely, personable and took time so things were right!! All the staff we encountered were lovely and nothing was too much trouble!! We traveled with a ten year old he was made very welcome and included which is always a measure of a great hotel!!

Decorating in some areas was needed to keep the upkeep of the hotel, but nothing which would stop us visiting again

Location was perfect and view was lovely

It needs domes updating, bathroom needs refurbishing

The shower and location

First room offered dirty and broken toilet seat. Staff said would get moved to main building instead room allocated same original block, the heating controlled by air conditioning so once heating level achieved unit blew cold air. Two flights of stairs with no lift when carrying heavy cases. Breakfast everything cleared including coffee dead on 9.30 without warning. The hot buffet food was dry and old. Had to ask for bread and yoghurt, we arrived at 09.10 for breakfast. We did highlight to staff but informed guests always really like it. Staff offered a coffee once we had left restaurant which was too late for us.

Riverside location. large room .... Lovely bar !

Nice staff if you can find them especially in the mornings ..... Didnt notice a lift ??

Great sized room. Comfortable bed. Great view. Clean but not spotless

Paying for parking. Complete con and not justified.

Staff and food were excellent

The room (141) wasn't very secure, unable to lock the door and the French doors to the open side was only secured by a small, broken slide bolt with a large gap next to it. It would be so easy to gain access through this door with the aid of a small screwdriver.

Great location, very helpful and attentive staff, lovely breakfast!
