Lovely riverside location and comfortable bed

Very tired and in need of renovation. Felt understaffed too with busy staff trying to cover multiple roles.

Great brefakfast and all the staff we met we exceptionally helpful.

The building itself is a little tired and there were no lifts to top floor rooms.

The staff were extremely polite, professional and attentive

In my opinion, there were too few car parking spaces and limited accessibility to rooms above ground floor levels

The staff were exceptional and the location was wonderful. It was lovely to sit with a drink overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable and always hot water with the shower. Good breakfast.

The evening meal that we had was average.

Great staff, friendly, attentive and def went the extra mile. Very clean. Beautiful views. Great position right by the river. Great food, evening meal and breakfasts very good.

Nothing tbh, I mean being crazy fussy parts are needing a paint or new paper but it appears the hotel is going through change so this might be on the agenda.

The property was close to major bus stop, incredible views & extremely clean

I could hear any movement & talking above & next to me in adjacent rooms
