Thames Riviera Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

The room was warm and comfortable, very nicely furnished.

2 flights of stairs when we were told it was ground floor - although the view of the river was fabulous thank you.

The bar manger was creepy and inappropriate 😳 The room was dirty.

Didnt stay for breakfast.If im honest was a little underwhelmed with the evening meal and options. Also would say that given the location and appeal of the river the outside could do with sprucing up.My room whilst lovely and overlooking the Thames was a little dated and the general maitenance wasnt as expected, balcony was tired and needed sprucing up tbh. I absolutely couldnt fault the staff they were fabolous.
