All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and the hotels location on the river is lovely. We also thought the food was good value for money.

The Hotel felt tired and in need of a refresh. In our bedroom, the mattress on the bed was shocking when you sat down it was like sitting on a board. The tap in the bathroom stuck.

Beautiful location on the Thames . Wonderful huge room overlooking the river.But most of all,the marvellous, friendly and very helpful staff.

No complaints whatsoever.
