Thames Riviera Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

The location is lovely with great river views and outside seating area to make the most of them. The staff were friendly, there was a reasonab;le choic of options at breakfast. I was able to park but would have liked to have had the security of prebooking a space. Air conditioning was good in the room allowing a quite night sleep. There were multiple plug sockets and they were in useful places.

The shower didn't have anything to prevent slipping which could be risky for some. Also nowhere within the cubicle to put onees own shampoo etc.

Convenient to Maidenhead. Lovely location on the river

The smell of old / stained / damp carpets in the upper floor corridors. Food menu for lunch & dinner could have been much higher quality

Great location for Thames river path walks. Good sized room, clean & comfortable.

Bedroom windows were very dirty on the outside.

Location was brilliant. Good parking. Staff friendly. Good size room with A/C. Breakfast was OK.

Poor choice of zero alcohol drinks. No lift so manually carried the cases to the 2nd floor.
