Always a pleasant stay by the river

Hotel has a great location, and the room size was generous with everything you need. Breakfast was very good, with the evening menu having a good choice. The meals were fine. Overall, very good value for money considering the location and time of year. All of the staff were exceptional - probably the most friendly I have ever come across - well done!

Nothing to dislike

Location was brilliant. Having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the river, watching the boats going by and all the wild life. The staff were second to none. Each and every one of them is extremely helpful and friendly. Always a smile on their faces.

The hotel is in need of a bit of TLC but the staff more than made up for this.

Lovely place to stay, beautiful views, very clean, and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Emilia on reception was very helpful and like all of the staff has exceptional customer service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Nette Lage an der Themse, wir waren auf der Durchreise. Gute Frühstückswahl als Buffett Inclusive Sonderwünsche für Ei und anderen englischen Frühstücksdingen. Auch helles und dunkles Toast. Keine Aufschnittauswahl. Aber Joghurt, Müsli etc. alles vorhanden. Für uns perfekt. Super Service.

Parkplatz vorhanden, kostet aber 10 Pfund extra, ich weis aber nicht, ob pro Tag, da wir nur 1 Nacht da waren. Ist aber für Nähe Windsor eine super Übernachtung mit sehr gutem Preisleistungverhältnis. In Windsor kostet 1 h parken schon 6-7 Pfund pro Stunde.
