"Good location and pleasant stay"

Rooms had a nice view of the river/stream and gardens. We didn't use any of the hotels facilities other than our room. Our rooms were a good size and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The toilet flush wasn't great. Constantly had to keep re-flushing, just to flush toilet paper away. The two ladies on reception were lovely. The location was good for what we needed it for. I would stay again

no comments to make - other than plumbing issues in the bathroom. but wasn't the bee all and end all

Výborná lokalita, kľudné prostredie pri rieke, trávnatá plocha priamo pred izbou. Parkovanie dobré, dosť miesta, 5 L/noc. Izba dosť veľká. Dobre sme sa tu cítili.

"Really nice!"

Everything! My room was lovely, with everything you might need (toiletries, hair dryer, several plugs...), also had a table and a chair with a kettle and things to make a tea. It was perfectly warm and everything worked well and was completely step free, shower included. Besides the hotel had a garden on the back that led to the bank of the river, the way there was completely accessible and had tables and benches... Really nice!

Nothing to say here! Well, a suggestion as this room is very well equipped for disabled guests... a mirror in a place with no tables or sink would be very helpful (e.g. to put drops in your eyes)

"Really nice hotel in a perfect location."

Fantastic location, the room was very clean as was the bathroom. I had a garden view over looking the river which was not expected at all. The bed was super comfy and I had a great nights sleep. Car parking was also very good. The breakfast catered for everyone with a huge choice.

Nothing apart from £5 per night for car parking which was not expected but given the location fully justifiable.

Lovely setting by the river and a short walk in to the cathedral and city centre. Good car park, although charged at £5 per night. Friendly and helpful staff.

The shower temperature didn't work so it was always on extremely hot.
