The bed was a little uncomfortable on my side despite the mattress topper.

The location was fantastic - just a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral and old town - and set on the beautiful river front. Food was excellent - both breakfast and evening meal. We received a warm welcome from Ellie on reception and she was helpful and lovely throughout our stay. Deepak was exceptionally helpful when we were trying to find a suitable restaurant in town. Beds were comfy, albeit a little soft, linen was fresh and towels fluffy.

The whole of the corridor in the new wing smelt musky. My sister's junior suite was particularly smelly so they had to move to anither room but that was only available for one night and had a broken shower, so they had to move again the next day. Communal areas and parts of my room were not clean! The glass panels on the door to reception were covered in hand prints and the doors were dirty where people push them, as was the bathroom door in my room. There was thick dust on the high rail in my room and cobwebs in the bathroom. The evening reception guy was unhelpful! It was an effort for him to lift his head from his phone and answer you then it was head back down immediately.

Smuk beliggenhed, tæt på katedralen. God restaurant med søde og hjælpsomme tjenere. Store værelser, lidt slidt

Ved ankomst, receptionist var total uhjælpsom. Han virkede som om vi kom i vejen. Men vi kunne da selv finde værelser osv
