Cloverdale Oaks Inn

We immediately found a cockroach in the bed so we decided to look for something else. We were in town for a wedding so we rushed out the door and called from the wedding to try and get a refund. Unfortunately we had to leave in such a hurry we left our luggage there and when we came back the extremely rude desk man informed us that he wouldn't do anything for us. He was unapologetic and rude. Read yelp before you book. It's all more of the same and I wish we had before we booked. The plac is a dump

went to Santa Rosa for Ironman, this hotel was 15min from Lake Sonoma, the swim part, so i opted here. first place was overrun by guest playing loud music, i asked for quiet room, was told you get what i have. then when i got my room, outside, looked rundown, went in and room was not made up, wet towels on floor, etc... it was already 10pm, and i just need sleep as i was getting up very early next morning. called office, and told them. he did cancel my CC, but i was left to fend for myself at 10pm that night. there is nothing good about this hotel worth the $110 night charge.

The room was disgusting. Towel bar and toilet paper holder both broken and missing, shower falling apart, sink had hair in it, and carpet was filthier than the floor of a car repair or oil change facility. I don't know what all the black stuff was all over the rug, but I don't want to know. Also, the room was full of flies.

The room was not in great condition - stained towels, holes in the blankets.

We came late evening, and had read some good reviews on the internet....we came to the place and we paid 110 USD for two adults and two kids. The room and bathroom was so dirty! I will set in pictures later! But want to avoid people to go there - everything was in bad condition, dirty, the wifi didn't work (they write high-speed wifi) and no breakfast (wouldn't have ate everything even they had it). DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!

The AC wasn't working the whole time in 100+ degree weather. We left it at 60 degrees for over 8 hours and the room never dropped below 79. The mattress sinks and there are holes in the curtains. There are limited options in Cloverdale, but I would avoid this one.

The room could have been a tad better maintained, but was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning worked. Amenities were adequate as the room came with a TV with satellite service, mini fridge, microwave and a small coffee maker.

We booked through Booking.com for 140 +14 taxes on 6/24/17; king size bed with poor quality mattress; ants and small cockroaches on bathroom floor, slow drain, broken ice machine, rubber floor boards detached from wall, badly stained carpet. You have to present your driver's license at registration. I am wondering if cockroaches have to do it too or if they are simply welcome ... A disgrace!

Bug in the bed. holes in the bathroom door. molding falling off. Poop in the toilet from previous occupant. A/C worked, but very noisy. Firdge busted. Couldn't get a second key.
