Cloverdale Oaks Inn

Read reviews and follow or you shall regret! This motel, falling apart towels, dirty carpet, old blanket, no tub, and NOT CHEAP! I paid nearly 100 for something that worth 30 ! Consider motel 6 minus 5... i have been burned msny times by not paying attention to reviews, got fooled by picking lowest rate in my search :(

There were dead bed bugs all over bathroom. The room was dirty. They need some serious remodeling. And clean up the place. Don't stay there.

Why does Expedia list a hotel in this bad of shape? The Exterior of hotel was good. Very nice lighting after dark . However the interior of the room was not good.: There is a missing door to the bathroom ( where bath tub is located). The bathtub needs to be caulked ( scary openings in the wall by the bathub) . The drapes are falling of off the drapery rod ( there is a big gap between the top of drapes and the rods). There was apart of a hanger lodged in the lamp on the night stand. There were old/used coffee grounds in the coffee maker. One interior corner of the room ( nearest to the main door entrance from outside) that was very dirty... mold? some other dark stuff? Thankfully, the bed and linens were clean.

This was just disgusting...filthy and unacceptable. Demanded a refund when I saw the room and was given one promptly. Don't stay here, even if it's the last room in town. Beds were old as the hills and the pillows little piles of lumps; curtains falling off the rods, bathroom was straight out of the 1950's and filthy; only electrical outlet that wasn't being used was loose and nothing would stay plugged in; shower head in the turquoise fiberglass filthy shower was shorter than me, and I'm 5' 3"...keep going!

There is a bed, which is the only positive I can think of.

Reserved room online for $130/night. When we arrived, the outside looked acceptable, and front desk staff was helpful enough. However the room was dark and dank-smelling, and unfinished inside, cinder block walls, low ceiling, the no ceiling insulation just the floor of the story above. When someone walked across, particulates rained down onto the bed. Bath had hair on shower floor, fridge had old food in it, and smoke from the smoking room upstairs came directly into the room. When I told the manager, he seemed unsurprised about the filth, offered to return our money, and said we "should have planned better" (?). We left and found a much nicer place 22 miles north in Ukiah, the Quality Inn.

Rude receptionist, roach infested and urine-stained rooms. No refund granted. Overpriced for what its worth. Also, the "bathroom" is a small box inside the hotel room. If you are heavy set, you'll find it difficult to maneuver about.

Our room was clean and large. We wanted to go to the Russian River last minute, but all the hotels in Guerneville were expensive and booked! We stayed in Cloverdale instead. The hotel isn't fancy, but it was fine.

Don't stay here. This place should be bulldozed. It's a nightmare.

We were visiting friends in Cloverdale and needed a per-friendly hotel. Cloverdale Oak Inn fit the bill. The room was clean except the minifridge that was not cleaned out from the previous tenants. The sink drain was not draining well but the water was hot and the shower was great. The hotel is pet-friendly but the pet area in the front could use some cleaning. Overall, we had a good time.
