Cloverdale Oaks Inn

Filthy, dusty, stained, rusted, peeling, broken, chipped, torn, thread bare and worn...just a few of the adjectives that come to mind when thinking about the horrible night we spent there...for $140 with tax. The curtains had holes, the towels had holes (and for a two bed room we had to beg for an additional set of towels), not even a tiny soap for the bathroom, the lampshades all covered in a thick layer of filth or if glass filled with dead bugs. The bathroom light fixture missing two of the bulbs, the other two just bare bulbs around a chipped mirror, the molding around the tub was half stripped away and just laying there in the floor. The box springs were probably the most disgusting thing of all...exceedingly old and stained and sagging - they were literally garbage, looking like they had been thrown up on or something. Seriously a gross place. We were about 90 minutes from our destination and if I had known how gross that room was we would have just pressed on and saved ourselves the money and from being completely skeeved out.

We got a room here because all others were full. Worst room EVER!! Way overpriced - charged us $20 for our dog for a room not worth that for humans - brought in a blanket from the car and slept on top of the bed - in hindsight should have gotten money back and slept in the car. Believe the bad reviews and DO NOT STAY in this place.

The bedroom is very spacious with a comfortable bed. There is plenty of draws for clothes. My room had a arm chair and a castor type chair. The thing that perhaps let the room down was the bathroom. I would certainly recommend it.

My wife and I stayed at the oaks Inn we were there for about two weeks Jay the one in charge who also stays there is the rudest most disrespectful person I have ever seen you pay him money for him to mistreat you he only gives you 1 roll bathroom tissue aweek for 2 people you only can have maid service once a week so that means if you need clean towels you have to wait and if you dare ask he will tell you to check out we gave him hundreds of dollars and what did we get in return my wife and I were checking out of there and when we were just about done with out warning only a mere 15 mins after check out Jay and cops are at door telling us to get out of room when we said we needed just 1more min Jay press charges for trespassing the oaks Inn motel will for ever be a very haunting memory to us so if you want to pay to be push around and poor service then the oaks Inn is right for you if you like to be treated with respect then I urge you to go somewhere else Jay believes its okay to push a women around but what Jay forgot is that this is America and we Americas don't okay his kind who push women around please beware of him take care and enjoy your stay in Cloverdale California it's a small peaceful beautiful place to spend time just stay clear of oaks Inn it will ruin your time in Cloverdale and leave a bad taste of Cloverdale enjoy the Russian river and good food take care and if you do stay at oaks Inn please make sure you put a review up so the next one might listen to us and learn from are mistakes

This was a cave. Very dark,thin walls. We could hear every word from the next room. Our room had a broken toilet seat. We refused to use the shower. Not too clean. We left as soon as we could in the morning. More like a place where you would pay for the room by the hour.

I had fun. Rocky Horror at the Clover was amazing. The hotel itself was expensive, but nice enough.

the best thing about this place was the chickens next door! blue shower with curtain blue toilet and sink that was not inviting as far a cleanliness nor decor. It was the only place to stay that Saturday night because of so many fire victims that had lost their homes and needed a place to stay which caused the whole area to be booked with no place to stay except the Cloverdale Oaks. Recommendation is....stay away

Bad hotel, never stay there. I didnt feel safe even getting out of the car and checking in,

had to find the staff to check in and they were put out to have to work

The room was great except for the shower didn't work. The customer service from the receptionist was horrible, we were confused about payment and asked some questions to get clarification but the man began to accuse us of not wanting to pay. When we advised them of the shower not working we got no acknowledge our complaints. We will never stay there again.
