Praise the lone hostess/waitress when we had dinner on 9/20/25, we were one of the last customers Praise the 2 workers for the following morning 9/21/25 breakfast. They were hard workers

Breakfast was great. Rooms are old looking but clean.

Gfacilities are great, Staff is friendly ,polite and knowledgeable.

Everything was top notch! I would definitely recommend the FIRESIDE

Breakfast went well. THe only hiccup was checkin. Booking.com did not have it under my name, it was under the person I rented the second room for. This delayed checkin until we figured it out.

The main lobby is beautiful and looks welcoming at first glance. They have a cute little gift shop with reasonably priced items and snacks. Their Koi and Turtle river are the main attraction in the lobby.

First off the woman at the front desk said my room number out loud in front of about eight construction workers and I was traveling with my disabled daughter. The whole hotel is super outdated and just plain dirty. Example: In my room alone the window (we were on the ground floor) had a broken latch and they used a stick to keep people on the outside from being able to open it. The bathroom was disgusting with very dirty walls and mold in the shower. There were cigarette butts under the ottoman and candy wrappers under the corner of the bed. The headboard was filthy. There were also other guest making a lot of noise until 3 AM. The furniture in general is super old and needs replacing. Coke machine in the hall is broken.

Absolutely great. The attendant was pleasant and polite. She was attentive to my whole family (11 of us). The food was hot and plentiful. The muffins were fresh and plentiful.
