We only had one night here and found everything to be just fine. Nothing to dislike.

It was dirty in the hallways and elevator. The outside was unkempt. A cigarette depository was broken and the buds were strewn across the area beside the entrance. The front desk person spoke so quietly (even on the phone) that you could hardly hear what she was saying. No hot water the second morning so checked out

The heat wouldn't regulate...clunking intermittently. Bathroom garbage not emptied and shower leaked
USThis Sleep Inn location is a fantastic option for us. Great value, clean rooms, the bathrooms seem to have been updated recently. The staff is outstanding. Tiffany (I think I remember her name correctly) the afternoon/evening desk clerk is so friendly, and got me out of a jam by drying a shirt I needed for the evening. We stay here while visiting our son and dil and 3 grandkids, and bring our other grandson with us. He loves to play in the pool and and talks about "our hotel" a lot between visits! While it isn't fancy, Sleep Inn North Liberty meets our needs and then some. So convenient, clean and comfortable! Definitely recommend!
A/C is a little loud, but is strong so it's not a problem.

USThe water with orange slices in the from entry was a nice touch. Breakfast was also good in the selection and how the area was kept stocked. Cleaning staff was very pleasant and easy to work with.
I’d like to have the door on the west side actually lock or require the use of a card for security reasons.

Television remote did not function properly and soda machine needed to be restocked.
