USThe front desk staff is always nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good this morning and very filling.
The front desk staff didn't understand that we needed a suit. She gave us a regular room then after we finally got through to her that we needed a suit she said it was an hour to clean one. We waited the hour then she left without relying that we were waiting on the new room, the new front desk lady was ver nice and just upgraded the room without any questions and was super nice. Also we had a difficult time with the toliet and was told that the plunger was locked up in the closet upstairs and they couldn't access it until sometime Monday morning. We fixed the toliet on our own.
