We didn't get the room we booked. We had no microwave in our room. The fire alarm went off about 6:30 in the morning. We didn't know why there was no one to ask. No one around, we just packed our stuff. And left. Thank you

The beds were uncomfortable the hide the bed that have anybody and was very uncomfortable
USIt was very quiet and in a good location.
The staff was not very friendly. I felt like I was imposing on them. The key to my room did not work. Every time (I’m not exaggerating) I tried to open the door it didn’t work. I had to go to the front desk to have the key reprogrammed. Three times the staff told me I was doing it wrong. I was not using it wrong. One time the desk clerk couldn’t get it to work and had to use her master key. She mumbled something about a battery in the lock. There was a sorry looking jug of lemonade in the lobby that was leaking all over the floor. The staff was usually not at the desk when I went there. Two times I had to dial the phone to locate them.

The beds were so stiff and whatever the bedding was washed in smelt like dirty bleach. The bathroom floors were rather dirty and the toilet when you sit down moved back and forth. Needless to say I have stayed at cheaper hotels and atleast had clean smelling bedding.
