The room was spacious and clean, staff was great and the resort itself was beautiful! Wild animals you normally wouldn’t see at a resort were a nice surprise too!

The seaweed on the beach kind of ruined the whole beach experience, but that’s not the resort’s fault.

La ubicación y que tiene carritos para transportarte su playa hermosa.

Falta más entretenimiento y que tengan más disponibilidad para los restantes.t Tienen que cubrir las comidas en el área de la playa.

El personal fue un plus. Dispuestos, amables, alegres, listos para resolver las necesidades de los huespedes.

No había nevera para insulina y soy diabetica. Dí la sugerencia en la recepción ya que tienen vineras y el costo es basicamente el mismo. Así que para que tomen notas.

El personal fue muy amable, todo limpio, organizado y ameno, los animales del alojamiento son muy bonitos y puedes interactuar directamente con ellos. Es un súper hotel

Pocas opciones en el buffet, poco entretenimiento por las noches, aunque hay opciones son pocas.
