"Bello lugar para disfrutar en familia."

Buena ubicación, bellos jardines y variada fauna. Pavos reales, patos, flamencos, iguanas, estanques con peces. Parque acuático para niños seguro y confortable. Todo muy bien cuidado y personal atento.

En el área de juego de la piscina de niños el tobogán está muy seca al bordillo de la piscina y cuando se deslizan del tobogán los niños quedan muy cerca

L'ambiente con gli animali il verde...

Appena arrivati abbiamo trovato la stanza sporchissima sia in terra che sui mobili, abbiamo chiamato subito ed è venuta una signora a pulire, gli altri giorni alle 16.00 la stanza non era stata ancora rifatta abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi la signora, la reception non si riusciva a chiamare perché il telefono era rotto, il cibo era dozzinale e sempre lo stesso, la finestra principale della camera era sporca, la struttura è vecchia e andrebbe ristrutturata il personale secondo me non era sufficiente per tutte le camere noi all'ultimo piano eravamo dimenticati non ci torneremo sicuramente...NON È UN RESORT DA 5 STELLE ....

Bonita playa y los animales pero ojo con el personal y el entretenimiento muy malo la verdad

Personal de recepción muy bien pero el personal del aseo no cambia sábanas , y hay personas en el bufete que no tienen buena atención es como con mala gana de atender. Y los de las pulseras bazar que llegan una vez a la semana solo quieren vender y vender y es demasiado molesto que casi te obliguen a comprar o que no te digan el precio si no les compras.
