"Great stay"

Loved the amenities, specially the sport bar and the mini golf. The animals in the gardens are a plus. Modern rooms and bathrooms. Loved that it has 3 pools (family, party, quiet).

The buffet could be improved, and the Mexican restaurant food. We Loved the coffee shop and the pizza in the buffet though. Also, the beach snack bar had fresh options.

No me gustó nada, el trato del personal. Al día siguiente en horas de comida estaba haciendo pincho de pechuga a y vegetales y la chica me dió un pincho crudo y se lo reclamé de que estaba crudo y me dijo que eso estaba cocinado siendo mentira

La infraestructura del hotel, muy bien cuidada, el personal muy bien, los servicios ok, las piscinas excelente. Muy buen lugar para familias. Los snack muy buenos. La cerveza excelente.

El buffet no esta mal pero podria mejorar, la playa fue el punto mas bajo, habia sargazo pero esto no es culpa del hotel, todos lo sufren igual.

El servicio de traslado

La atención de los empleados debe mejorar, quizá incentivar con mejor sueldo y buen descanso. La mayoría estaban mal encarados y los servicios en las áreas de comida y bebida muy mal tacto en el trato. En una de las hamburguesas de mi hijo le salió un gusano eso si mató totalmente todo mi entusiasmo.
