Our stay at The Naka Island has been nothing short of extraordinary. We came during the rainy season and honestly weren’t sure what to expect, but the resort has made this one of the most memorable and magical parts of our honeymoon. Everything has been spectacular. The breathtaking views, the beautiful grounds, the peaceful atmosphere, the incredible food, the comfort of the villa, the amenities, and the overall experience have exceeded every expectation. If we could change one thing about our stay, it would be absolutely nothing. What truly makes this place exceptional, however, is the people. We would like to especially thank Gof, Ten, Oh, Bank, and Noom for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Every interaction felt personal and heartfelt. They consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and celebrated. The hotel prepared wonderful surprises and thoughtful details for our honeymoon that made us feel incredibly special. It is rare to find a property that combines luxury with such warmth and authenticity. The food deserves a special mention as well. Every meal was delicious, beautifully presented, and served with impeccable attention to detail. We found ourselves looking forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our villa was stunning, spacious, and incredibly comfortable—a perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the island’s beauty. We have been fortunate enough to stay at many wonderful hotels around the world, but The Naka Island stands out as one of the very best experiences we have ever had. Thank you to the entire team for creating memories that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Their thoughtful, proactive service catered perfectly to all our needs and gave us a genuine home-from-home feeling. We were delighted with the complimentary post-dinner desserts they kindly offered us. All resort staff on Koh Naka provided impeccable service, making our holiday absolutely rewarding and memorable. Wonderful stay we’ll always remember!

Stayed at The Naka Island and honestly had an amazing experience. The private island setting makes it feel completely removed from the crowds of Phuket, yet it’s only a short speedboat ride away. The villas are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly peaceful, especially if you book one with a private pool. What stood out most was the service — every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. And Z Bar was absolutely incredible, easily one of the highlights of the stay. Amazing sunset views, great cocktails, relaxing atmosphere, and the perfect place to unwind in the evening.

Excellent Stay at The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Phuket My husband and I had an absolutely perfect honeymoon at The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa. Check‑in service was outstanding. The front desk staff Jojo and his colleague went out of their way to help us locate the mobile phone we accidentally left in a taxi. We were so grateful for their thoughtful and efficient help. During check‑in, Duty Manager Nok kindly upgraded our room for us. The lovely front desk staff Wine gave us a thorough and detailed introduction about the resort and our room, making our stay smooth and comfortable from the very beginning. The food at the Thai restaurant was also delicious and well‑prepared. Thanks to the professional, warm and caring team, our honeymoon trip turned out to be unforgettable and flawless. We highly recommend this resort and hope to come back again.

The whole experience is simply wow! Each employee is there to make your that the stay is amazing. 10 on 10 in all departments (location, atmosphere, front office, concierge, recreation, kids club, restaurants, rooms, in room dining). The staff is super kind and put in 200% in Each conversation. We would love to go there again.

I’m honestly out of words to describe how beautiful this resort truly is. The location is absolutely amazing, beautifully situated in a way that makes you never want to leave. The villas and rooms were stunning, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We barely felt the need to go outside the resort because everything was already there. What made this experience unforgettable, though, was the staff and the level of service they provided. From the moment we arrived, Ms. Ploi welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt at home. She is truly exceptional at what she does and genuinely deserves recognition for her outstanding performance and hospitality. The entire team made us feel less like guests at a hotel and more like people being welcomed into someone’s own home. That level of care, sincerity, and attention is very rare to find. A special mention as well to Mr. Charles at the Mediterranean restaurant. He was incredibly informative, warm, attentive, and professional. His performance went far beyond what you would expect from an intern. You can genuinely see the passion and dedication he puts into his work. One thing that really stood out throughout our stay was the staff’s product knowledge. Every single person we interacted with knew the resort inside out and was always able to recommend the perfect options no matter what we asked for. This place is truly something special, not only because of how beautiful it is, but because of the incredible people behind it.
