The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Phuket

My stay at The Naka Island was a truly memorable experience. The resort is beautifully designed, seamlessly blending luxury, comfort, and a tranquil atmosphere. Every detail was meticulously arranged, making me feel relaxed and warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service with kindness and professionalism throughout my stay. The names I remember are Sunny, Minnie, Ohm, and Bank, but all the staff impressed me greatly. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, the beautiful surroundings, and the exceptional sense of privacy and relaxation. If I have another long holiday, this will be the first place I think of.

We recently stayed at The Naka Island, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Phuket for Jarvis’ birthday in May 2026, and it was truly one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the GM, Nils Minken, together with Meaw. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional. Every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth and professionalism, making us feel at home from day one. A special mention to Khun Sunny, the hotel relations manager, who consistently ensured everything went smoothly. Melania also truly lives up to being one of the hotel’s best employees — always warm, attentive, and thoughtful. But the biggest thank you goes to Ploi. For every need, special request, and even our unusual requests, she was always ready to help with such kindness and enthusiasm. She was attentive, accommodating, super friendly, and made us feel like family. Her service was beyond exceptional, and she genuinely made our stay extra special. We also want to commend the amazing staff from Aiyara, Rum Chapel, and Veranda — especially Pai and Finn (and so many others whose names we unfortunately cannot remember). Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help. Every birthday setup and surprise prepared for Jarvis was clearly made with love and care. The spa experience was also outstanding. I had one of the best Thai massages ever with Khun Mah, including a bit of Thai warrior massage, and Pooh was wonderful as well. Spa supervisor Ning was very accommodating and ensured we had a relaxing and seamless experience. Thank you to the entire team for making our May 2026 stay so memorable. We are truly happy we chose to celebrate Jarvis’ birthday here, and we cannot wait to return to paradise again soon. Ps: Thanks for seaview upgrade!

The stay experience was absolutely wonderful. Ploi provided very warm, friendly, and attentive service, which made us feel truly welcomed. The hotel was very comfortable, and the views were beautiful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

На мой взгляд самый лучший отель на Пхукете. Сначала у тебя прогулка по морю от пирса до острова, где находится отель. Вас встречает приветливый персонал, которому важна каждая деталь. Ребята реально искренне вовлеченные - работают в отели годами. Мы системно ездим в этот отель, были около 80 раз. И всегда с радостью возвращаемся. Потому что в этом месте все вопросы решены. Еда отличная во всех ресторанах. Открыли классную кофейню. Есть детский клуб. Прекрасное спа. Все супер.

С недавнего времени сделали посещение саун хамам и финской детям начиная с 16 лет. Честно бред какой-то. Персонал мы не слушаем в этом - ходим. Потому что согласия с этим нет. Вы прикиньте приехали вы с детьми вдвое с с женой - в детском клубе ребенка не оставишь. Ты хочешь вместе с семьей побыть. А эти правила пытаются вас разделить. По-моему это единственный момент который вызвал напряг. Я прям видел как какой-то гость звонил по телефону настучать на ресепшен пришел человек сделал нам замечание. Приходил пару раз - мы его проигнорировали. Согласия с этим нет.

The location, only 10 minutes from the mainland is great. The villas have all the privacy and are spread out. Pick up service is great especially during the hottest part of the day. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew is so kind. The food at breakfast but also room service and the Thai restaurant are great. Beautiful sunsets at the Zbar and great spa.
