Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive

Very nice folks, good food, nice service, even when you check out they still very good service, recommend for anyone’s that want a good trip and new adventure

This was my 2nd trip to Riu Santa Fe. My building this time was about as far as it could be from everything besides the party area and the water park, which I didn't care for. I probably could have moved rooms after the first day, but I wasn't that worried about it. The staff is always friendly, but I do have my favorites (Edwin, Hanzel, Tollie, Christian, Miguel, Hilario, and David). The grounds staff is always working on something to keep up with maintenance on the buildings and grounds. I don't participate in many activities at the resort, but there seems to be something for everyone going on all of the time. There are many different great food and drink options. I would definitely go back again!

2nd time traveling here. It is very fun safe place. We love the theme parties. The food is excellent. It is always very clean rooms are kept nice. They have great shows and entertainment for all. We will keep coming back. Great for all ages. It is in a great location, there is beach access.

Facility was clean. Staff was awesome. Food was meh. Ok, but not great. The alcohol was so watered down it was impossible to tell you weren't drinking virgin drinks. Won't do this again.

We stayed Dec 6-13, 2025. Compared to the Riu Palace we stayed at last year, the food and service here wasn't as good. The mattress in the room was pretty bad in my opinion, I woke up 'stuck'. I'm in my mid 30s for reference lol. The Riu Party (we went to all 4) were a bit disappointing, way too much techno... we expected and hoped for more Spanish music since we went to Mexico. Pacha disco was kind of the same although we only went 3 times. We found that service was readily available and they were quick to act on it too. For example we used the app to ask for a minibar refill and it was done in a few hours. The drinks at the bars were pretty watered down but I think that's everywhere as people drink all day. The property is very large, there's plenty of natural exercise which I loved. There's several places to eat dinner and 2 buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The area is absolutely AMAZING 😍! We ubered to the Marina and did a sailing trip to see the rock formations...wow!! Highly recommend. We also went into town a few times and felt completely safe.

The weather was perfect. The room was super clean, felt a little more humid than outside. The food was very satisfactory. Will definitely stay with the chain in the future.

This resort is huge. Had a little bit of something for everyone. We're a little too old to enjoy the pool parties as much as some of the younger folks, but the music was great, loud and fun.

The Property is Large, We were very Lucky to Rent 2 Electric Vehicles/ Scooters. We are Handicapped. & this made our trip wonderful.🦞🦞🦞

The only downfall was the walking, we couldn’t go all Places because of distance; they should offer some type of transportation

This was our first time at the Riu Santa Fe. Everything was fascinating with a couple of things that need to be addressed. The bed was hard and quite uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and bothered my neck. The wifi worked great although, I needed to sign each time I walked across the property. Additionally, it was necessary for me to go to the front desks to have the wifi account reset as my login info was not recognized by the system. All-in-all it was a great vacation we will likely return and use Riu properties in the future.
