Very clean room and friendly staff. Everything worked as expected.

The property is nice; however, it is short. -staffed. and they did not have a pool, but it was advertised on the website that there was one, which was disappointing. Suggestion: if you don't have a pool, take it off the site, as it is false advertising. I liked the hotel, as it was convenient, as I was in town to attend a concert at the arena. The hotel was fifteen minutes away from the arena.

I’ve stayed at this Westin before and was admittedly underwhelmed so I did not have high expectations. The hotel is tired however it’s decently clean. The beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet. In the end, it’s fine for a quick overnight but I would not go out of my way to stay at or recommend this property. This hotel would most definitely benefit from a refresh, it is plain and basic and really feels like they are just coasting off of the Westin name with no real desire to do anything to stand out.

Overall a clean and spacious hotel. It was quite comfortable and the black-out curtains are amazing. Cons - the airport shuttle never arrived. Parking is not free.

Had a hiccup with the airport shuttle but the front desk staff was very accommodating. Staff in hotel restaurant were less so, service was subpar at both meals. Enjoyed my dinner though!

The property is nice & it smells good but it’s too far from everything

I paid for 1 king bed they putted me in 2 beds and the toilet gave us the hard time even they came to fix it but still it kept coming on getting blocked, we ended up leaving in the middle of the night to book another hotel we couldn’t use the bathroom we was not happy about that.

Christopher at the front desk was the highlight of my one night stay there.

Great outdoor seating area…..clean hotel.Took till 7 pm to get us in our room for check-in our first night. On site restaurant/ lounge good……very slow service. Front desk staff awesome
