AKA Rittenhouse Square

We spent 5 days at this hotel and it is our new "home away from home" when in Philly. I need to give shout outs to Tony who helped us with our reservation and many questions and was so kind, to Tina who checked us in, to Bianca and Juliet who were just so kind and welcoming and all smiles during the day with our questions, they are all top notch and such gems! I did not get to meet the night front desk staff but they were all so friendly and nice as well. This group goes above and beyond for their guests. We had both a 2 bedroom platinum and a 1 bedroom platinum and the rooms were truly incredible. You really do feel at home here. Also the restaurant and bar were nice and cozy and had good food and drinks and the service was good. The hotel is in a great location, walk right out to the Rittenhouse Park and also to great shopping and restaurants right out the door. Thank you again to this wonderful staff who made us feel so welcome and were so kind. We can't wait to visit again!!

Amazing experience all around! From the incredibly warm check in with Juliete to the gorgeous room and phenomenal location, this was a perfect stay.

Stayed in a platinum one bedroom suite. The attention I received from the hotel staff member when booking my reservation was exceptional, I truly felt valued as a guest and she (Bianca) made a great first impression, it was evident that she truly cared about meeting my families needs. I asked a lot of questions and she was patient, kind and helpful the entire time. I originally called the chain's central reservation number and, based on the corporate call center experience (lack of property knowledge) was not going to book. Called the hotel direct and was so glad that I did. The service, including the restaurant, exceeded expectations. Front desk agent Wister and restaurant server Mary Ann also stood out for their hospitality and kindness. Room also exceeded expectations, it was well decorated and very clean. Furthermore, the service I received from their recommended garage on Sansom Street was exceptional, in large part I'm sure to the garage manager Ola. Overall would highly recommend.

“Home from home” ….. its true…. This is my go to residence of choice. Why ? - i love the serviced appt vibe. I can relax. I can also get room service when working late - charming staff. Kudos to all and a special shout out to Wisto. So helpful and charming - right by Rittenhouse Square. Lovely shops - convenient for airport - compact but highly functional gym Cannot wait to return

Great service by wister at the front desk who was also my concierge. Walked me through the entire day and was lovely talking to him. Helped me with everything I needed and provided a boutique service.

I had the pleasure of celebrating my engagement while staying with AKA and it was the best decision!! Bianca, Tina, Juliette, and the entire team at the Rittenhouse location truly went so far past above and beyond to make this special moment in our lives unforgettable. I was in contact with Bianca for over a month before our arrival as she helped me handle every detail of the surprise. The staff was excited, discreet, and prompt with pulling it off! The suite was gorgeous, clean, and equipped with dogs toys, beds, and bowls for our two dogs. I highly recommend pre-ordering a bottle of wine from their staff sommelier to have ready in your suit if you'll be celebrating! When we returned from the engagement itself, they had surprised us with embroidered robes and a hand written card to congratulate us. The thoughtfulness and attention to detail shines through! The next day we made our way over to their sister property, City University, to enjoy the view by their indoor pool. An absolutely fantastic experience! We used to be air bnb people when visiting Philly, but are now fully converted!!

My husband and I had never stayed here before but it was in the right location for our overnight visit to the city. After booking, I called the hotel with some questions and the person i spoke with, Tina, could not have been nicer. She took the time to answer all my questions. Also, I requested a high floor and she said she'd do her best, and she did. We had a great room on the top floor and enjoyed sitting by the window at night and watching all the city lights. Additionally, from the moment we got there, the service was top notch. Josh and Juliette at the front desk were so helpful. They went of their way to make us feel welcome. We enjoyed chatting with them about our favorite city restaurants. We were celebrating our birthdays and when we got to our room, there was a birthday card and gift. How thoughtful. As for the room, the suite was spacious, clean and bright and had everything you need for a short stay. The rooms were comfortable too. The next day, we had more great service from Juliette. She went out of her way to help us once again. We can't say enough good things about the service we received from the friendly staff. We only chose the AKA due to it's proximity to Rittenhouse Square and the fact that our favorite Philly hotel had gotten so expensive, but we had such a lovely experience, we are are already planning our return trip. Thank you AKA for a wonderful weekend!

**5/5 – Service that actually *serves*, a beautifully appointed room, and swift problem-solving** I had an excellent stay at AKA Rittenhouse. Check-in was warm and efficient, and every staff interaction afterward reinforced that first impression, genuinely friendly, proactive, and solution-oriented. My suite was well-appointed: featuring tasteful, modern decor, a comfortable bed and linens, a functional kitchenette, and thoughtful touches (ample outlets, good lighting, solid water pressure, and quiet HVAC). The location, right on Rittenhouse Square, made it easy to balance work and downtime. What sealed the five stars was how the team handled issues. There was an issue with the booking before our arrival, and they called me ahead of time, were very apologetic, and made it right. There was an issue with the air in one of our rooms. The problem could not be resolved promptly, so they moved us to another room. That level of ensuring we were not inconvenienced was commendable. If you value service, great space, and a residential feel without sacrificing hotel-level polish, AKA Rittenhouse is an easy recommendation. I’ll be back.

She is amazing, every friendly, attentive, answer all my answer and when she was all alone working, she made sure if I needed anything that I received it, very quick A kitchen was amazing and the bar My suite was amazing 10 out 10 I will recommend to all my family and friends hopefully Tina will be there to greet us
