Great location, helpful staff, easy to park around the corner

They need curtains over the blinds to block light for people to sleep.

We had a lovely stay at AKA. Everything was great - the room, bed, space, cleanliness, not noisy and the staff were very attentive. Highly recommend, we will go back!

My experience at AKA Rittenhouse was excellent. The quality of the accommodations there is superb and their location can't be beat. The AKA bar makes some of the best drinks around. While I had some initial concerns with my room due to noise, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Shoutout to Juliet in particular, who was extremely helpful, and went out of her way to make sure I had the best stay!

The rooms are super clean the staff is so cool especially Tina she was so helpful and so professional I look forward to staying there again. I wish our hotel staff was like that

My husband and I stayed at the Philadelphia property for his birthday weekend, and it exceeded our expectations. It was my first time booking with this brand, and we were upgraded to a premium room — incredibly spacious and featuring a private library area where you can host additional guests. The property was beautiful, modern, and spotless. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to explore their locations in other cities. We’ll definitely be staying at AKA again in the future!

Had a great stay at AKA Rittenhouse. Much thanks to Wister at the front desk who checked me in—super friendly, patient, and just made the whole process easy. That first interaction really set the tone for the rest of my time there. The hotel is beautiful, but honestly it’s people like Wister who make you want to come back.

Excellent customer service and well appointed units. We loved the space available to our family of four in our two bed two bath unit. The clean and contemporary vibe of the living space and the well equipped kitchenette were a bonus. Loved being in the heart of Rittenhouse square surrounded by shopping and dining. An added bonus was the AKA kitchen where we indulged in some seriously delicious dinner. A special shout out to Julia at customer service who was so kind and prompt in helping me with a reservation error I made at my end. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay with our two small dogs. Amazing location and very comfortable room. Wister was working the front desk when we checked in and when we left. He was friendly and very helpful. We will be back!
