AKA Rittenhouse Square

My Wife & I have stayed many times at AKA. We always feel like family with every stay. The Suites are immaculate and beautiful. The friendliness of the staff makes us feel like home. A very special thanks to Brianna, Juliet & Tony for always being there for my family.

Beautiful suites with tons of space. Clean, modern. Pefect location. More importantly, the welcoming hospitality is really soemthing. Wister, who was at the front desk, could not have been more professional, accomodating and generally welcoming. He sets a gold standard for people is hospitality. What an enjoyable stay!

A client recently stayed at your property, AKA Rittenhouse Square. Although his original reservation was for two nights, he needed to cancel one night of his stay. The original booking was made through us and Mr. Wester, who was on duty at the time, went above and beyond to assist the client with the change. He handled the adjustment efficiently and ensured that the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Wister at the front desk is exceptional. He remembers everything!! Made the stay even better. The room is clean and comfortable, and quiet which is always a challenge in a big city!

From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every staff member we met was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. You can tell the team is led by someone who takes real pride in providing a first-class guest experience. We stopped by the bar downstairs for a few cocktails, and it did not disappoint. Great atmosphere, fantastic drinks, and a fun, welcoming vibe. The location couldn’t be better, right on Rittenhouse Square with beautiful views and easy access to everything downtown Philly has to offer. It’s an amazing value for such a beautiful property in the heart of the city. We’ll absolutely be back

We stay at AKA regularly when we come to Philadelphia. The rooms are spacious, bright, comfortable and clean. The staff couldn't be more welcoming and accommodating-Wister, Juliet, Tina, Bianca and Tony. The location is excellent as well.

My husband and I are repeat guests (every other month when possible) to visit family. I cannot imagine a better place to stay - the location and spacious suites with full kitchens make for a perfect "home away from home." Special thanks to Bianca, Juliet, Tina and Wister who unfailingly greet guests with smiles and a guarantee that return visits are always a pleasure. Tony, your assistance with booking is always greatly appreciated.

This extended stay property should not be considered a hotel. It’s literally falling apart. The ceiling mounted AC unit cover fell down almost on my wife’s head. The cover and the unit were filthy. They moved us to another room which had an extremely loud AC unit and the toilet was coming off the wall. The cabinets were starting to delaminate and the furniture was very cheap. Toilet room was tiny and the shower was next to the tv. No daily cleaning and the dark brown carpet hides the stains. The location is good but the hotel put a damper on our trip.
