The property is so beautiful and the staff are so cooperative , especially ( Mr. sanjeevi, Mr. Senthilkumar Kumar , Stephen ) and Mr Stahn Varghese

Need to add good clothes dresses and to improve the housekeeping in rooms and the diner, need to have international food , need to use bottled water instead of refill one . Food 100% Indian

Food was excellent. Buffet selection of food was vast and extensive. The swimming pools are well maintained and very clean. The rooms were very clean.

The hotel has facilities for conference and large work groups... it can get busy and noisy.

Food was average and could use a second upscale restaurant

The ambience, the layout and upkeep of the gardens.

The service at the restaurant was very slow and the waiters don't get the orders correctly.

Big room

Poor service, food took 1.5 hours to come and had to call multiple times. Took one hour to get bath towel

Inefficient to handle other guest when large group arrives.
