Food was not good

The property is beautiful . The landscape and greenary is really good and well maintained .

The food selection and the cleanliness really requires a lot of attention. The facility needs maintenance . The front office staff needs a proper training / be more polite and know the basics. There was room renovation happening in the block where guests are staying which is not advisable

- The rooms were tidy and had basic amenities - Mangrove tour was good - Food tasted homely

- The TV wasn't functional and even after complaining twice, no one responded. - The kettle was old and rusty. It couldn't be used. - The resort operates along with a taxi nexus and doesn't allow or warn their customers that a return taxi cannot be booked through Uber until the last minute (They basically want you to feel helpless and book the resort taxi at 2 times the price). We were harassed by the taxi nexus even after leaving the resort by foot (with our luggage) till the main road where the receptionist said we could take an Uber, 1.5 km away with slopes. A man followed us in his Activa and harassed our Uber driver and eventually us when we intervened. If the resort really cared about their customers, they would at least warn them of such things beforehand. Thoroughly disappointed by this experience and it negates any good this resort had. So much for hospitality!

The quality has gone down compared to how it was before 2 years ago... Even the bath towels were in very very poor condition.. They were unable to handle the buffet breakfast arranged..
