Staff support was poor. Outside of my room ,they kept folding cots .After repeated followup of three hrs, they removed . Later on house keeping staff kept their trolleys. New year evet was much boring. Veg and non veg menu was mixed and it was difficult to maintain our tough situation as vegetarian.

The room was big enough and the view from the balcony was great. The rain shower was very good.

The service was not good, we had to ask for everything - room cleaning, cutlery etc. There was dirt, used glasses, plastic bottles everywhere, tea and coffee stain on tables, no one cares to clean it up.

looking at the cost of our room, its really overpriced, even the estuary view from our room was also not that good, its too far from our room, spent nearly 12,000 per night, but its not worth for money

Variety of facilities for kids such as pool, trampoline, park zone, in-door games etc and we also like the friendly staffs

Even though the cottage was premium, the facility seems to be old.

Nice place in general but cannot swim in ocean due to high sand barrier.

Staff and service were excellent. Windows did not have any mosquitoe nets and so had terrible mosquito bites at night. Windows didn’t have a latch to close and so was not able to close the windows. Rooms had a bad odor. Lift to the 3rd floor was not working and my elderly parents had to take stairs and that was very inconvenient for my parents who had bad knees. We were there 2 days and the lift was not fixed during our stay.

The location

Shower tap was broken in one of our rooms. Electricity on/off multiple times during our stay. One of room didn’t even had water for some time. Aircon looks old and hasn’t services for long time. Not cooling at all. Tried to call reception but nobody picked up. So, physically went there to report all these issues. No use and no actions were taken. Minibar was totally empty. But still they asked me if I consumed anything from the minibar while checking out. Luckily they provided free drinking water. Totally not worth the money. Now I know why they have a poor rating even though they are a 5-star hotel.
