Prince Resort

ok, let's start with the good stuff, great location and beach!! However, I would NOT come back to Prince Resort. First off the wording is tricky when you book online and you might end up across the street staring at construction with a small "view" of the ocean. I got beach view instead of beach front which puts you across the street, so you are not on the beach. The room door was open when we arrived at what I can only describe as a "creepy" run-down hotel. We had problems with the toilets not flushing and then backing up (no plunger in room) and the sink did not drain correctly. Also the vent in the bathroom turned on but I don't think it worked. The kitchen could use a few more items, we had to do dishes everyday so if you stay here bring paper products including paper towels and toilet paper. They are supposed to come take trash and give new TP and towels, but they did not come everyday and we had to wipe with the paper towels on our last day. Next the beds. They are the worst! I am a stomach sleeper and I have a bruise on my ribs from the bed, I had to try and sleep on top of pillows, it was terrible. ALL 3 beds were rough. We had light bulbs flickering and generally things seemed run down. Although they have a good location, this place is not what it seems. The pictures online look great, but either they are old photos or maybe a room from tower 1. Overall I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Just AWFUL. Capital Vacation timeshare ruin your time there. They are hostile and don't care about your family time. They lie and treat you like trash. This resort is a Capital Vacation timeshare. Don't stay here. They will ruin your every day. CAPITAL VACATIONS are nothing but thieves and lying people. Watch yourselves if you stay at Prince Resort.

I am extremely disappointed with the condition of Prince Resort during our recent stay. My family has stayed here three times over the years, and the overall condition of the property has deteriorated significantly since our previous visits. The pool was absolutely unacceptable. The water was dirty and appeared poorly maintained, and it was so hot that it was uncomfortable to use. In addition, the pool ladder was broken, creating a serious safety hazard for guests trying to enter and exit the pool. There were also lounge chairs surrounding a hot tub that contained stagnant, sitting water, which looked unsanitary and uninviting. To make matters worse, members of our party discovered a cockroach in their room, raising concerns about cleanliness throughout the property. Another major frustration was that we were never informed about the construction taking place next door. Had we known beforehand, we would have been able to make a more informed decision about our stay. It is disappointing to see how much the resort has declined. We have enjoyed staying here in the past, but based on the current condition of the property, the lack of maintenance, and the cleanliness concerns, I do not plan to return unless significant improvements are made.

very friendy and accommodating but beware.. at check in they try to sell you a timeshare. If you so ‘no’ they respect it and leave you alone. Convenient to grocery and beach. Parking is across the street for tower 1, and is free. Wonderful views!

The pool area was small, and the pools were not very clean. Be prepared for construction if you are in tower 2. Construction starts at 7 A.M. The rooms could use some updating and are not like the photos. I would have paid the extra 200 dollars to stay in tower 1 had it been disclosed.

Everthing started out great except sofa in sitting area. All presonnel were at best & very professional. Food at breakfast was above board. But I got a very bad case of heart burn & had to sleep sitting up which didn't work out well at all on that sofa!

We had a nice ocean front room on the 10th floor. Beautiful view and a good value for a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom.

The room wasn’t very clean upon arrival, we also had to ask multiple days to have our trash emptied or for fresh towels/ washcloths. The amenities were not as good as other resorts we have stayed at and there was a lot of construction going on with a new hotel being built next door.
