Alexandra Resort - All-Inclusive

My husband and I went to the Alexandra Resort in February 2026. The staff were all VERY nice and helpful. The room was nice. The pool was clean and it was a nice size. Our package came with a couples' massage and a sushi making lesson. The sushi lesson was fabulous. We had Edna and Lenroy as our teachers. They were fantastic. The table setting was beautiful. It was so much fun. The food was plentiful and good. You need to make a reservation for the nicer restaurants. I would highly recommend this resort.

We just wrapped up the most incredible 6-day stay at Alexandra Resort and ended up adding an extra night because we simply didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The service was truly amazing — every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and made us feel completely taken care of the entire stay. The food was also outstanding, with so many great options each day that we looked forward to every meal. Our deluxe room had just been updated and was absolutely beautiful, with the most stunning views of Grace Bay Beach. Waking up each morning and seeing that crystal-clear water was something we’ll never forget. This has officially become my favorite place on earth. The combination of the gorgeous beach, incredible service, and amazing food made this trip unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back!

The Alexandra Resort is amazing, the resort is beautiful, our room was amazing. The food, entertainment and staff were awesome. Lots to do and the beach / water is amazing, you need to experience it for yourself.

Sadly, we are leaving today but had the absolute best trip! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Jerry and Rodson were the first and last people we saw and we so helpful and friendly. Food was amazing and the views were breathtaking! Will definitely be back!!

My wife Luisa and I had another excellent experience at our favorite resort in Turks and Caicos. The staff was amazing and we have become friends with many of them. Some of the friendly and amazing staff are as follows: Shamika, Rosalinde, Cheeky, Judy, Early, Razor, Kimron, Christina, Ricar, Ramon, Majorie, Colby, Andreas, Michael, Farah, Gloria, Miss Lill, Stephen, Ace, Romaine, Barbie, Tash, Coco Mary and Diebon.

Just returned from a wonderful week-long stay here with my family (kids ages 9 and 6). The resort is stunning, on one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. The rooms are absolutely perfect for families. We did a deluxe one bedroom garden view and it was perfect! Kids had plenty of room to sleep on the pull out sofa bed and roll away bed in the living room. We had two bathrooms and a washer/dryer in the room which was a game changer for a family with young kids! We spent most of our days bouncing between the pool and beach and my kids were in heaven. We did do the 1/2 day snorkel trip with the Caicos Dream Tours - huge highlight as well as one day at the sister property which was fun but we didn’t feel we needed to go back. The staff at the Alexandra were incredible. Very friendly, kind, and helped us with whatever we needed. Big shoutouts to Ayasha who took fabulous care of our kids at the kids club, Sonise a great server at the truck stop, and Wilkens and Farrara who were great bartenders at the pool and beach bars who provided excellent service. My only wish is that they started the family entertainment just a bit earlier than 8:30. My kids really wanted to stay up for the family night activities (movie night, karaoke, etc) but they couldn’t stay awake that late to enjoy it. Shifting it to 7:30 or 8 would be helpful for families. Our only hiccup was at our departure. We scheduled a taxi for 8:30 am to get back to the airport and they did not show up until 9 am. Not the fault of the resort but maybe budget in some extra minutes in case this happens to you. Overall we absolutely loved our stay and will be back for certain!

We were really looking forward to our stay, but unfortunately it fell below expectations. From the start, we had trouble with the check-in process, which set the tone for the trip. For $1,100+ per night, I expected a much higher level of service, organization, and overall attentiveness. The dining and activity options were also underwhelming for a property at this price point. There simply weren’t enough quality choices to justify the cost, and nothing felt particularly elevated or exclusive. There are nearby properties at half the price that offer very similar amenities and experiences. Overall, this resort did not deliver the level of luxury or value we anticipated. I would recommend saving your money and booking elsewhere.

It was really good I loved the food and the service was good! I loved Cheeky, Tash, and Mary at the smoothie bar!

I didn’t have a single complaint while staying at Alexandra. Everything about it was amazing, the view on the beach was beautiful, the staff was awesome they welcome you in like family Cheeky, Tash, and Kimron were all amazing. It was sad to leave.
