"Best all inclusive there is"

10.0

Best family trip we’ve had so far. All the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. All the restaurants were the best food I’ve had. Cheeky & Valery at the beach, Shaq during the events and her amazing singing talents. Mary Cryss at the coffee bar. Skyers in the bar. They all made it a 10/10 experience and we will definitely be coming back as many times as we can. Well worth the price

Our entire extended family had a wonderful time! So relaxing, many delicious food choices for everyone! Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Got some great pictures from hotel photographer Natalee, who was so nice! We did kayaking and fishing trip, both were fun. The water is amazing

"All-Inclusive Paradise!"

10.0

My family and I stayed at Alexandra Resort in Turks and Caicos in the beginning of January. We traveled from California, and arrived on a Sunday. Alexandra Resort is only about a 15 minute drive from the airport, and you can pay for shuttle service upon arrival ($15 USD per person). When arriving to Alexandra Resort, you instantly feel relaxed, comfortable and a boutique style vibe which we LOVED. The resort sits directly on Grace Bay, so you get the pristine white sand, and clear-turquoise water that it's famous for. The resort is relatively small so AT MOST a 5-minute walk to the beach. Our room was a bit closer, so it was around 2-3 minutes. During our trip, 2 out of the 6 days had spotty clouds and showers (only 10 minutes at a time MAXIMUM), which we heard was VERY rare for January. Although there were showers, as soon as the few clouds would pass, the sun would come right back out and the temperature was perfect. In terms of the room itself, it was recently renovated and had a pool view. The room's vibe was a good mix of modern and beachy. We had 4 people in one room (king sized bed and queen pull-out couch) and it still felt very spacious. It featured one full room, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen and patio on the ground level. One of the few complaints we had was the very hard mattress on the king bed. We didn't notice it much for the first 2 nights but then it became really apparent how uncomfortable it really was. Another small complaint we had was the lack of outlets to charge devices. We each had a phone, we had a speaker, and a portable charger, so we would take turns in order to charge everything. But overall the room was very pleasant. Food at all-inclusive resorts is a popular topic, as they are notorious for being not very good. The food at Alexandra Resort was overall a solid 8/10. The breakfast buffet was our FAVORITE place we ate and begins around 7 am. Definitely a 10/10. If you have the chance, TRY THE OMELETTE! The buffet features Caribbean staples, American favorites, along with other options as well! Shout out to Early, the sweetest hostess at the buffet! She took the time to learn our names and greeted us or came up to chat every morning. Angela makes the best lattes at the coffee bar inside the buffet! And Marjorie was very personable and made us feel welcome! Good sushi at Fish Deck, and the fish tacos at the truck stop are SO GOOD! We totally enjoyed the lunch trays that you can get near the beach, they had really good Caribbean-style chicken, fish, mac and cheese, and corn! Black Rock Grill is definitely worth checking out, and was the perfect "last night meal." Make your reservation ahead of time! We also took the 15 minute shuttle to the sister resort, Blue Haven. We made a reservation at Fire and Ice, which we thought was just okay. Although, the espresso martinis from the nearby bar were pretty good. On that note, there were no complaints about the drinks, they were great! We loved meeting Farrar who was the beach bartender during our stay, super funny and very welcoming. Get the mojito and the piña colada with a shot of rum for sure! Chairs on the beach fill up fast, especially the front row, so we recommend going pretty early. we did want to try the pool, but the water was pretty chilly. The beach on its own was stunning! (See photo below) After it had rained it was pretty windy, so the water was slightly choppy one of the days. There was daily entertainment, karaoke, trivia, a foam party etc. Although there is entertainment, the resort is still very relaxing it isn't much of a "party resort." The spa was super relaxing! I enjoyed my facial, and my family thought the massages were good. Overall, we LOVED our stay at Alexandra, we want to come back soon! If your looking for a stunning, relaxing all-inclusive with a boutique feel in Turks and Caicos, Alexandra is it!

"Not a true All-inclusive"

2.0

Not a True All-Inclusive-Overpriced for What’s Offered This resort should not be marketed as a true all-inclusive, for the price charged, the experience falls well short of what most traveler would reasonable expect. We were a group of 14 that travels every February to an all inclusive resort. We were excited to travel to this resort and had high expectations, based on the price and the fact that it is marketed as an all-inclusive resort. Unfortunately, it does not meet the standards one would expect for that designation. The resort only has two restaurants, which severely limits dining options, especially for longer stays. The resort also only had one bar and it was outdoors. While we were there it rained and we were unable to go to the bar since they didn’t have any coverage for their guests. This is not what most travelers expect from an all-inclusive experience. The resort also advertises premium bedding, which was not accurate. The bedding was very basic and did not match what is shown or described in their marketing. There were limited daytime activities such as trivia and a foam party, but there was little consistency in daytime programming. Evening entertainment was minimal, consisting of an DJ and karaoke only a few nights. For a resort calling itself all-inclusive, this is a major omission. Overall, I don’t understand how this property can justify charging the amount it does while offering so few amenities and experiences. The location was beautiful and their beach front was beautiful but the lack of dining variety, activities, and entertainment makes it feel more like a standard hotel than an all-inclusive resort. If you’re looking for a true all-inclusive experience with amenities, activities, and entertainment that match the price point, this is not it. P.S
. I can't say enough about the staff though. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating

"Money will be better spent elsewhere for many reasons"

4.0

We travel a lot. I thought people were being uppity when they said staff here weren’t friendly here but please hear them. Go elsewhere. We felt like an inconvenience the entire stay. We leave in two days and it’s the first time I’ve wanted to leave vacation early. You feel like you’re inconveniencing any staff by asking simple questions let alone for anything. I am a people pleaser and I had so much anxiety the while staying here. Boyfriend spilled water at breakfast, it was treated like he’d caused so much trouble simply by needing to be mopped. At the bar, we were asked- not nicely- where our bracelets were, then asked to go to the table if we wanted to eat food also- despite being a fixture here the entire stay. It was said as though we were an annoyance. This was after a day where we had to walk three miles after a taxi provided by the front office dropped off at the wrong location entirely. We will never stay here again. Wind was awful, no guidance on how to do anything regarding anything on the resort but god forbid you ask questions- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

"Great vacation at Alexandra resort"

10.0

Staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Entertainment staff were excellent and a lot of fun, especially Cheeky and Tash. The band and singers were amazing. Location and grounds are beautiful. The beach is beautiful and food was very nice. Chef Keith went out of his way to accommodate my wife’s food allergies. Our room was lovely and kept immaculately by Renate during our stay. All inclusive included a well stocked snack area and a coffee, smoothies and ice cream bar. Bring suntan lotion and a happy attitude for a wonderful Vacation â€ïžđŸŒžâ€ïž

"Awesome Resort!!"

10.0

Just returned from a fabulous stay at the Alexandra. We were there for 10 days. Let me start with the staf. Thye were totally amazing... not just a couple staff but all staff. They went out of their way to make your stay amazing. The food was great every day from breakfast to dinner. The beach was amazing as I give this 5 stars to Aruba 4 stars for a beach. The grounds are immaculate. People say the mosquitos are bad.. NOT! I got ne mosquito bite in 10 days. The xcursions are great to book at the Alexandra. If you have a family with kids, there is much for them to do. I watched their staff that do baby sitting, they were great. I will be back to the Alexandra. I usually do not go back to a place where I have been to.. But I will return here.

"Terrible Hospitality"

4.0

I’m so disappointed in this hotel. Came here for a week in Nov 2025 and everything, except the food and view, was terrible. Let’s start with they put us in a room with an EXTREMELY loud air conditioner. Every time it came on, we would wake up and have to go back to sleep. Then we found out the next morning that we were next door to a room that was under renovation when we were awaken by hammering and drilling at 8am. Pissed. They moved & upgraded us but it took us complaining and an entire day to find us another room as of the resort was packed. They didn’t come help with moving our bags either. Deluxe Studio shower barely fits one person comfortably and I’m fairly thin. Then they put an awkward window in the shower that is slightly see through. Service is basically nonexistent all over the resort, from the beach to restaurants to the pool. No one comes and asks if you need help, drinks, towels, umbrella assistance, nothing. Employees barely speak to you in passing. I honestly don’t know how there were so many reviews about how great and hospitable this resort was but then again majority of the reviewers were white so maybe they were treated differently. Our first night we asked for extra pillows, never came. Our 3rd night asked for extra sets of towels, never came, called twice. 4th night they said the dryer was giving them problems so no wash cloths. Drinks sit around the pool until the next morning. Used towels sit on chairs all day at the beach and pool. We were out after the entertainment around 10-11 and pool still had drinks sitting on the tables. Most days towels ran low even though the resort wasn’t packed. “Snacks” consist of a multipack box of chips, sandwiches, salads, whole fruit and scones in the afternoon. That’s it, that’s all. And the first two days the chips had the same 2 bags of hot Cheetos no one wanted until I asked if they planned to restock. I tried every coffee on the menu and all were absolutely awful. Smoothies are just fruit juice. Daytime entertainment is basically nonexistent, they play one game at the beach then all hang out in the corner room with characters on the windows or at Blue Haven. We asked if they were going to come play volleyball during the scheduled time and they looked at us like we were crazy. They also share the entertainment team with Blue Haven which is ridiculous. They have the entertainment groups do all the night shows so it’s not great and again, ridiculous. When you ask people for drinks at the restaurants they act like it’s a burden and purposefully avoid coming by the table. All our empty cups or plates stayed on the table until we called someone over. You never saw management walking around, they were in the closed office everytime we came to the lobby. Our last day they had a tour group come of travel agents, greeted them with drinks, towels, and cookies. Ask us how we were greeted our first day lol WE WEREN’T! Then it was just enough cookies for the agents, we went over to get one and it was empty with no refill in sight lol this resort is terrible, DO NOT WASTE YOU’RE MONEY. The sales manager I talked to on our way out the hotel expressed that she would reach out to me to hear my concerns, gave her my info, but here we are over 3 weeks later and no call or email. Quit giving this resort your money, especially is you are brown.
