Alexandra Resort - All-Inclusive

I went for a girls trip and had the best time! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the island felt really safe to visit. Shoutout to Judyann, Ronald, and Cheeky for being so kind and helpful! The food was delicious with a ton of variety and our room was breathtaking. Will definitely be back and can’t recommend it enough!

Just spent 6 nights in a newly remodeled oceanfront suite in the Chelsea Building. The room was very nice and spacious with a gorgeous view. The beach is second to none. Beautiful clear water and soft, white sand. The food was good, especially the jerk chicken and rice and beans at Irie Bites daily for lunch. There isn’t a buffet for lunch and only a few nights out of the week they have a buffet. The resort could do a better job at communicating where different food is being served. They had a Caribbean night with all the food outside. We sat in the buffet area to eat our food. Find out from our guests that they were making pasta in a separate location. I had been looking for pasta all week and it’s not on any of the menus. Majorie in the buffet is a true gem. She is so sweet and constantly moving about making sure guests are having a good experience. I’m an animal lover, there are some cats on the property that are hungry. I packed small cans of cat food and fed them whenever I would see them. There is a small gray and white one that hangs in front of the Chelsea building in the grass looking towards the beach over by the fish house. If you call her she usually comes, please feed the kitties. There’s also a sweet dog that roams the beach. He likes a ham and cheese sandwich. The resort should supply these animals with a food and water station.

I haven't experienced this level of unfriendly staff before on a resort. From the front desk/lobby to the restaurant staff. No one seemed to want to go out of their way to accommodate my party. Every day food was limited or options not available that were on the menu. I was told that I had a renovated room only to walk in and immediately see it was not. The bathroom shower was disgusting. Drywall was in need of repair on the side of the tub. One of the sinks was clogged therefore water just sat in it. The other sink's pressure was low as was in the shower. The hot water would get cold after 10 min and the water pressure would decrease to a drip while showering. For the amount of money spent, this resort was NOT WORTH IT. I plan on coming again to have a better experience of Turks & Caicos but I will not stay at The Alexandra.

The location was stunning. Beautiful beaches and water. The rooms were neat and clean. Ours had a washer and dryer. The staff was friendly. Nice little place for a family friendly getaway. Go say hi to Cheeky and the other entertainment staff.

We had a great time! But what made our time truly wonderful was the staff. Coco and cheeky were amazing. They truly made our time there enjoyable!

The resort is spotless and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an ocean view room and it was a very nice suite. We ate on site and all the restaurants were very good. (There is an upcharge for Tenderloin Steaks and lobsters - which we had no problem paying for). Housekeeping did a terrific job in having the room cleaned daily and stopped later in the day to provide extra towels if needed. Shout out to Miliane, Kaelyn, Skylar, Tash, and Farrer. We had no issues getting chairs by the beach daily. There is nighttime entertainment but it's pretty much wrapped up by 10PM. We walked the beach and felt Alexandra had one of the most nicest beach areas. Our only suggestion would be to put on more bartenders at the bar during the evening as it took a little time to get drinks and it did get crowded at times and to have ceiling fans installed at the restaurants. We would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

My wife and I had the best experience at the Alexandra Resort. The staff were amazing. All were so kind and courteous. We actually made some great friends while there. The food and entertainment was awesome as was the beautiful Grace Beach. Can't wait to come back to TCI. What a beautiful paradise.

First I would say that the text and gallery pics website are misleading. It states Alexandra experience includes: water trampoline, tennis and pickleball, all of which are at the Blue Haven, not Alexandra. The shuttle was frequently at max capacity leaving people to wait an hour, or have to get a taxi. The chair pads at the Blue Haven are woefully inadequate for the hard wooden chairs compared to those at beach at Alexandra. The food was mediocre though I suppose for an all-inclusive it's expected to be average. At the Fish Deck we received the wrong orders and overcooked fish. At Black Rock Grill, we were engulfed in smoke when steaks were presented. I get that it should be a "wow" feature, but the pans are too hot to bring to a table with a sizzling steak which spattered oil on us. The rooms were fantastic, spacious, clean and modern though the floors could use a wet mop mid-week as our bare feet got dirty walking around floors. The refrigerator replenishment was fantastic and the rooms were made up beautifully each day. Easy fix: please add hand soap to the sinks in the rooms. The entertainment was a pleasant surprise with a nice variety. The staff that runs the trivia and pool games were terrific, however, the music/volume at Blue Haven pool is too loud for that small area. The fitness center at Alexandra was good. The pool at Alexandra was dirty most days, the Blue Haven was so much cleaner and more beautiful. The ability to book a massage could be improved with online scheduling. Overall the Alexandra could use some landscaping improvements. Compared to the Blue Haven, Alexandra looks like the poor sister resort. For the price paid, I would not return.

Visited the Alexandra for a 6 day getaway. Beach is beautiful, room fantastic. We had an oceanfront with balcony on the 4th floor. There is an elevator. Shows at night are cute and enjoyable. Staff very friendly and eager to assist. Special shout out to Mustafa, Marjorie, Cadet, Milan, Augustain, Milainie. Food is abundant and varied, but unremarkable. The website menus are outdated and incorrect. Tips: Go down early (7am) to stake out a lounge, put a towel on it to save your spot. If you want to be part of the beach activities, sit in front of the beach bar. Make reservations at the specialty restaurants when you arrive. Suggestions: Chairs on the beach as well as lounges; a magnified make-up mirror in the bathroom; Ice Cream/Smoothies bar open until 10 PM instead of 9 PM; Daily activities posted on the Hotel TV screen.

We had an amazing stay at the Alexandra Resort in Turks and Caicos. Beautiful beach, great food, and wonderful service all around. A special shoutout to Cheeke—our entire group absolutely loved him. His energy, kindness, and fun personality made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend!
