Alexandra Resort - All-Inclusive

Incredible week on a beautiful island! The staff at the hotel is so friendly and helpful from checking in to leaving!!!!

We spent a fantastic week at Alexandra. The beach is beautiful and we enjoyed it every day. We had a two bedroom ocean view for 5 adults and one child. The apartment was well appointed and the ocean view balcony gorgeous. Food was ample and good at every dining option and staff was friendly and accommodating. We would definitely return.

My husband and I just returned home from our babymoon at the Alexandra and we cannot say enough good things. Everyone was exceptionally nice, the resort is very clean and well maintained, our room was large and comfortable, the food was really good! We have to give a huge shoutout to Lenroy and Edna at the Fish Deck restaurant. We took a sushi making class with them and they went above and beyond! Lenroy even made us a special dish from his home country of Jamaica the next day, coming in early to work just for us. We’ve been to several resorts and have never had service as wonderful as we have had here! 5/5 definitely recommend!!

I was very pleased with my decision to stay here. The all inclusive “two hotels” and meals and drinks at both places is great. All meals were delicious. My room was very comfortable with a partial view. The Beach access is great here and it is a good stretch for beach walks! Each hotel is beautiful and staff is very attentive. I would absolutely return. The island is beautiful.

Went on a family trip to the Alexandra over the new year’s holiday. The resort and staff were absolutely amazing and treated us like family. Cheeky who helped out with the entertainment on the resort was one of the best dudes I’ve ever ran into. His hospitality and kindness is truly something special. He needs a raise asap!

Resort is nice, removated rooms are beautiful. Kitchenette with washer/dryer in the room is a plus. Very comfortable bed. Would like to have room service or in-room snacks provided. All inclusive however some of the entrees have an additional charge. Staff is pleasant, you ask when you want something and are very accommodating. Easy to make dinner reservations. We mostly ate at the steakhouse or fish restaurant, meals were very good. One experience at the food truck dining area was not as great as rest of the resort, staff was not as friendly as other areas. Beach chairs available however you need to be down by 6:30am to get front row, otherwise by 9am to get 2nd or 3rd row. Trivia on the beach is fun and relaxing. Family resort with not many kids when we were there and all were well behaved. There is one bar area in the evening. An additional bar or more bartenders with more seating would be an improvement. The jerk chicken lady "Sylvie" made amazing chicken, we ate there everyday for lunch. (Would love if she offered a cooking class) Breakfast buffet is good, omelet station is nice (thank you Yanique). Farrar and Kaelyn are great bartenders, very helpful making drinks with less sugar foe diabetic diet. Other favorite staff are Miliane at breakfast, Roseline at breakfast and lunch. An ice machine would be an welcome addition as you cant get ice until 11am when the bar opens. Fill a large insulated cup when you leave the beach for the day and store in your fridge overnight. Bring bug spray as 3 out of 4 in our group were bitten up by tiny sand flies that you never see or feel until you have big itchy welts. Benadryl helps with bites. Lobby helped arrange transportation to Salt mill shopping area for souvenirs. Some say you can walk however there is no shade and kind of confusing route so we were happy with a taxi. We took the shuttle to blue haven for dinner at fire and ice. Beautiful resort also but the beach at alexandra is the best. The beach and clear water are really what make this place special.

One of my best all inclusive vacations.The resort was small but the service was excellent.The resort had everything.Great staff great food ,amazing drinks, helpful staff.Felt like family.Would highly recommend !2 resorts for price of 1.

It was so much fun and had the best time! The staff was awesome and so fun and personable. Cheeke, Judyann, and Ronald made it the best!

My husband and I just returned home from this wonderful resort, our third visit within a year! We absolutely love it! Grace Bay is a gorgeous white sand beach with clear, blue water. Hardly any seaweed, incredible snorkeling and opportunities at the resort to enjoy many other water activities. Our room selection was a One-Bedroom Deluxe Garden Suite with partial ocean view. It was lovely with a kitchen, washer and dryer, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, large, beautiful balcony with table, chairs and two lounge chairs. The bedroom was well appointed and the comfortable bed and pillows made for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning in the room was very comfortable, and our clothes and the rooms did not have the dampness encountered in other Caribbean resorts. With Alexandra being all-inclusive, the dining was delicious, with different options and the drinks were delicious and plentiful! However, what makes the Alexandra very special is the incredible staff! There is a welcoming culture of excellence, which is evident in every employee! Everyone there is so gracious, helpful and friendly! I must give special, heartfelt accolades to Marjorie, who worked the breakfast shift at Asu restaurant when we were there. She remembered us and gave us a big hug every day. She found out that my husband didn't want any fanfare for his Birthday the previous night at dinner. She said that everyone needs to celebrate their Birthday with a gleam in her eye. Later, we heard a chorus of Happy Birthday from the wait staff and a lovely Happy Birthday plate with delicious cakes was presented to him! He was thrilled! Over and above!! We were welcomed every morning at breakfast by friendly Miliane and Ferrar, Keisha, Skylar and Leo provided us with delicious drinks at the beach and at the main bar of the resort. At the beach, a lovely lady provides the best lunch around with jerk chicken, ribs, rice and beans and a salad! Delicious!! In all, it was a perfect vacation and we look forward to returning to our magnificent island "home"!
