Property is amazing. It would just be better if they serve breakfast earlier or have more options. Also maybe do inclusive breakfast.

Easily walkable to coffee in the morning, along with shops for souvenirs. Beautiful Grace Bay beach, well kept, helpful staff always around to help with chair setups, lots of beach chairs, wifi good and strong even at the beach, and parking was free at the hotel for our rental car. It was all perfect.

Love the property's facilities, clean pools, lovely private beach with amenities, spa at the resort, in the resort lively bar and restaurant, shuttle service to other resorts/ restaurants, complimentary bike and kayaking, and staff is very helpful arranging water sport activities, kids friendly atmosphere Amongst the Best vacation trip, beautiful, relaxing

The property itself was beautiful. Great beach and in a good spot easily walkable to the downtown area. There were a few quirks with our room (toilet was broke and they ran out of body wash) which were annoying. The restaurant on site was decent but not amazing. My biggest hang up was the staff was not super friendly or accommodating which you’d think they would be seeing as their jobs exist with tourism. There was construction next door but it didn’t really bother us. Overall, id stay there again if I had to. It was really nice. I might try another resort next time just to compare.

Excellent resort. Rooms are clean and spacious and beach is immaculate.

Beautiful property. As someone who vacations to Cancun and St.Thomas, the beach at the resort was just as if not more beautiful. The water is photoshop version blue and warm. The beach itself in terms of the sand is the deeper kind of sand so a bit tough to walk through but not rocky at all. The beach could be picked up better as there was some garbage around and things left on chairs multiple days. Pools and “lazy river” are great, the pool closest to the beach was way too warm but the other two are cooler. Loved that there are little nooks and crannies with loungers for privacy and quiet. They are building a big resort next store but the noise from it was not annoying and not super noticeable. As many people have said, the service as Hemingways restaurant is sooo slowwww. The food is average there but the sister resorts food is great and there is a free shuttle that will take you to those every hour. It’s a very relaxing, very beautiful, a calm vibe all around. The pools do not have the loud music and people trying to get you to play volleyball and do yoga like Cancun does. It’s much more serene and leave you alone. The only big negative was the spa. It was not a spa, it was a room that was sterile and not calm or relaxing at all. The actual massages themselves were poor quality and it is VERY expensive. As someone who gets massages regularly, and for my much cheaper, I was very disappointed I paid anything for that service, let alone what it actually cost.

Great Beach. Restaurant and beach staff were awesome. Only issue was our initial room was a dark dingy room on the first floor. It felt like we were in a NYC basement apartment not in Turks. We never stayed in that room and were moved to a 2nd story pool view room, which is what you expect when you go to an island. Even the layout of the new room was much better. Property is nice just make sure you don't get a first-floor room with no views.
