The property and conveniency to get around, to the beaches, stores, public transportation, etc was wonderful.

To be honesto the stay was fantastic the crew was amazing especially the guy who wore the yankee cap he was courteous and nice to my family everyone was the location is great the room was especially clean and perfect size the terrace and room 401 was perfect the weather was a bit bad but this hotel was perfect thank you

So first things first this was not what I paid for the hotel was shut done so we were moved to a sister location with no notice at all. First could not find any parking finally called the number on the door was directed to park some where 3 blocks away..given a key went to our room no coffee pot or coffee tv did not work for 2 nights taking a shower and did not need to use cold because the hot water did not get hot enough then the drain got clogged up. The room had no coffee pot no microwave no refrigerator was told we could use the main kitchen that had a community refrigerator. Eddie was one of the associates was veey nice and did his best to fix the tv. I will say i will never recommend this place even for short visits. The parking was ridiculous we drove around each night for 30 minutes teying to find parking I had knee replacement and it took a toll on me with having yo walk so far.

Decent no complaints

Christina was very happy and stayed up late because are flight was delayed please give Christina at the main hotel a good review because casa caribe was under construction and stayed at main hotel across street

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to PR! It’s close enough to everything yet just enough out of the way for some peace and quiet.

Stuff not friendky at all and they never come to change bed sheets and towells
