Drift Inn at Wyboston Lakes

Private and resort style, plenty of things to see and do.

We didn’t get a bath in our room but staff did try for us but we opted for the room we were given.

Pleasant smell in reception, and helpful staff

Dodgy noisy aircon, hot stuffy room, roller ball catch on bathroom door that made opening and closing the door VERY noisy. People in room below us were very loud/arguing/and slamming doors repeatedly.

Great location for where I needed to be.

The staff were rude, abrasive and unhelpful. I stay in hotels pretty much every week. None of the check in tablets were working and there was no one available at the check in desk for 20 minutes. When they did turn up, the staff were rude and blamed the technology. They had no idea how to give customer care. They accused me of being impatient and there was no apology. When one spends £130 (around that number), there is an expectation that staff will be friendly and pleasant and a customer would be welcomed. It was also clear the two staff members had been outside vaping hence the delay in checking me on. I won’t be staying there again.

The employees were fantastic very helpful polite and friendly happy staff very accommodating!..The facilities and accommodation was very clean & nice and modern. we had really nice stay and would definitely stay here again..and would definitely recommend this place as it more than suited our needs while visiting family in this location..Thank You to your team for making our stay very pleasant and we will see you again soon..

To be quite truthful there was really nothing negative about our stay here that we could think of that we could possibly be negative about..Thank you for a great stay while visiting.

Hotel was great

I was charged twice for my stay and there is still a refusal to refund me.

Good location and facilities. Despite the car park being quite full, the rooms were quiet. Great to have a magnifying mirror as standard in the room - not many hotels have these. The addition of the sofa in the twin room was nice.
