Park Inn by Radisson Birmingham Walsall M6 J9

We stayed here to go to a wedding , it was suitable for what we needed although we could hear the motor way from our room, we also thought there wasn’t many plug sockets to charge more than 1 phone and watches Staff were helpful .

Make sure to check, check out time as on hotel.com it states 12pm but they state 11am

Hotel was overall good Issue with my room with regards to the window it was extremely hard to close it as lock was lose / close to breaking also was put in a twin room

Broken air con in the room, had to be moved to another room which was a twin bed Very inconvenient Toilets were not clean - poor hygiene

Noisy, you can hear every door closing, bar staff didn't know what Cabernet Sauvignon was OR what red wine they did have. All a bit odd.

We are regulars at this hotel since it first opened which says it all. We have stopped at most other Walsall area hotels but keep coming back to this one. As a package its very very hard to beat. Convenient, good staff, clean rooms and a decent breakfast. The train station is a 5 minute walk which makes Central Birmingham and Walsall very convenient without using the car, so no hassle with finding parking and going to Birmingham on the train is cheaper than parking there. Wifi can be a bit iffy at times or my 9 would be a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful stuff lots of respect was given I was really on a downer vote talking to the stuff I really improved but I just come out of another hotel what was put down the road a lot of respect turn off full them for all the help what was given I love to stay that again I will give my custom any time mr Dilip scene

The park Inn Walsall is in a first class Hotel. I contacted the hotel by email as I had damaged my ankle to ask for a ground floor room . This was not a problem with the hotel and my room as clean and ease access to te respection area and bar/restaurant. Our bed was very comfortable and well equipt wiyh T.v hairdryer,Kettle,and towels. Breakfast was one of the best I have taken in a hotel ,plenty of choice.All staff helpfull and friendly. would recommend this hotel as we will stay here again no problem.

Everything was great, room was spacious, clean and with everything you need for your stay. Staff were very professional and things left in the room were not touched or move, they respected my space and things. Bathroom was cleaned daily and bins emptied. Only thing I found was parking at night, is a little tight, not hotel's problem but others who parked not properly. But I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.
