Hotel Mountain Paradise

Great location, beds were comfortable, views were great, hot showers, nice ac, friendly staff. The place was like a bird sanctuary. Safe and would stay here again.

Amazing volcano views but average hotel overall. Staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The room was spacious and clean but we could not control the water temperature or pressure. I found two separate hairs in my breakfast. It was buffet style so could have been from a guest or the kitchen but it was enough to not eat any other meals there.

Very beautiful resort in the mountain area happily outside of the busy downtown Fortuna. Many things to do nearby. All the staff were particularly welcoming and eager to make sure everything was perfect with our stay. We were there 4 nights and every day the included bountiful breakfast buffet had different options with great local variety. We had no rental car but Uber is active and reasonably priced so getting around was a breeze.

Beautiful view and well kept property. Staff were great and the restaurant served great food and an excellent free breakfast with lots of variety.

Breakfast was fantastic.

Bedding was ok, could have used more pillows.
