It was a nice place to stay

I visiting, upon check-in due to a funeral My TV did not work, mind you i checked in Thursday wasnt fixed till saturday my check out was sunday, probably want stay there again and the was ridiculous when you pay that amount everyone and everything should be top notch.

Two hours prior to our arrival, we got a call asking if we could stay in a king size room. We had booked two queen beds because we have four people in our family. The manager had given away our room and was trying to figure out if she could put us somewhere else. I told her we needed the two queens. Upon arrival, she offered us a king suite with a pullout couch. We decided that would be sufficient, but we didn’t realize all the things wrong with the room. The manager had informed us that the blackout blind was missing from one window, we thought we could live with that Because I would cause us to get up early in the morning. Well, we didn’t realize was the outdoor light for the hotel shined right into that window, so it was like the sun was out in the middle of the night! The pullout couch was broken, and wouldn’t come out easily. The hot tub didn’t work, nor did the printer for the hotel. It seemed like nothing actually worked as it should.

Room & lobby & dining area were clean & pleasant

Air conditioning in our son & daughter in laws room wasn’t working. They were uncomfortable & sweating all night but they should have reported it. I didn’t learn about it till we saw them in the morning. We were in handicapped rooms which we did not request. Booked through a third party but at checkin there was a mixup & were charged a higher price. Took some sorting out but did get the price we originally booked at.

The location is great.

The rooms weren’t as clean as I expect. Also the beds were pretty firm.

The ice makers on all 3 floors were out of order. There were no cups in the room. We had to ask at the desk for cups.

Hotel was in a quiet location. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
