Nice friendly staff and a very clean facility

Our toilet was plugged. The ice machine didn’t work. Heating system was loud. Bathroom off of main entrance did not lock properly so people can walk in on you. And someone let their dog poop on the side walk in front of the cars and my husband stepped in it in the dark. What a mess. Breakfast was okay but cold food.

Several rooms were not cleaned - unmade beds and trash everywhere.

Property is clean, parking lot is well lit and the staff was very friendly.

I stayed here 6-8 December 2024. When I called to make the reservation I informed the staff I was in town for a dog show and I would have 3 dogs with me. The staff asked what kind of dogs? Irish Wolfhounds. Squee! I love those kind! So I think I am fine. I arrive and check-in on Friday around 7pm in the lobby with my 3 dogs. Nothing is said to me about the dogs. Saturday afternoon, after checkout, I am approached by the Manager and told I have to pay a pet fee (fine) and I need to book another room because I have too many dogs (not fine). I said I would pay for the adjoining room but it was not available. I was told one dog had to move to another room. I said I would pay for a room but was not going to use it because why would I leave a dog alone in a room somewhere other than where I was? I ended up being charged $300 in pet fees, my room was dirty (dirty floors, tub did not drain, I flushed 17 stink bugs, and worst of all was made to feel like a criminal for breaking their rules when I called in advance and did nothing to hide the fact I had 3 dogs. The "pet park" had tons of contruction debris, which was not safe for the dogs. There were kids racing the halls on the baggage carts, a LOUD party down the hall, some sort of domestic dispute a few doors down, and the police were there. Not clean, not restful, the people were not professional. This is by far the worst experience I have had at a hotel anywhere. I will never stay at this hotel again and advise others to avoid it as well. Interestingly enough, this is the first time I have not been asked for feedback from Hilton directly so I am adding reviews in other places.

Room was very dirty. Food from previous stay was still in the refrigerator. Manager was very rude. Police were down the hall dealing wjth a disturbance in another room. Children were racing up and down the hall on luggage carts until well past midnight. I would not recommend this place.

Nice staff clean rooms.

Room wasn't ready for over 90 minutes past check in. Pools were drained which is one of the main reasons we booked the room for kids. Lastly, the front desk check in gal was so sick, she could hardly function. I really felt bad for her. No way she should have been working.
