The room was lovely--bright and clean and the beds were very comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and the courtyard very well-manicured and a nice place for a drink at night. The breakfast was included and delicious--egg-white omelettes, biscuits, fruit, sausage. The afternoon tea and evening drinks are nice touches as well.

The location is so good, not the noise of the crowds near the market area and close enough to go by foot and enjoy! The staff are friendly and ready to help and guide any excursion! I love the decroation, the tea-party in the ball room and the beautiful gardens. Thank you for a pleasant trip.

Beautifully kept mansion in the heart of the historic district. Easy walking to shopping, sightseeing and restaurants. Parking is available on site. The staff was great and went out of their way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Breakfast was amazing and it was very relaxing to have evening cordials in the ballroom. Only amenity we did not take advantage of was afternoon tea.

Excellent from start to finish! Margo greeted us and explained every detail of the room/service. Wow, thru have tea and appetizers, sherry, brandy, and port for the evening! Yum... excellent fresh breakfast prepared for you! Comfortable room! Great location on Broad street so walking every where easy. We stayed in the back of the courtyard so quiet. Parking outside gate for 14.00 daily.
