Location is Great. You are in the close center proximity. Comfortable beds and pillows. A bit too much tear and wear in rooms. Staff very welcoming except Italian speaking skinny gentleman at the reception. Restaurant staff - very good.

Extremely lovely staff — you can really feel they care and try their best to make your stay comfortable. Very comfortable bed, mattress and pillows. Good breakfast with attentive and quick service. Very spacious room, especially for Zurich. Only 4 minutes’ walk to the lake and about 15 minutes to the city center.

For us, it was a bit strange to see many artificial flowers in the room and around the hotel. The room felt a little cold and not very cozy. Small details could make it much warmer and more comfortable.
