Clean, comfortable and good size for family of 3.

Need 2 keys in case someone has to leave and others need to stay in room.

Exceptionally clean everywhere lovely staff fantastic rooms and views

The bed was comfortable Close to the beach Central location Good parking facilities

The carpets and lounges are stained, the sink plugs in the bathroom kept dropping down with the weight of the water and we had to keep pulling the plugs up only to find mould on the tips of our fingers as there was built up mould under the plug. The spa was dirty and had either leg hair or pubic hair on the sides of the spa and floor in the bathroom. It didnt look like the sheets had been changed rather the bed remade from the previous guest, as under our pillows and at the foot of the bed between the sheets and dooner there was lots of long black hair. It was disappointing that for a hotel of this calibre that it had so many hygiene issues. Also, it felt like the air conditioning didnt work in the second bedroom where our baby was sleeping.
