Super clean and bed super comfortable! The room was impeccable. Great wifi signal. Pool is lovely and so is the view towards the volcano! Very friendly staff, excellent locatiob

Extremely loud music one of the evenings due to a party. Could feel the sound on the walls. Had to complain multiple times but it was not until 11 pm that their lowered the sound. In general, the hotel is outdated and expensive for the price you pay per night. Also breakfast not included in the price which feels a bit like a rip off. Gym needs a revamp. Loud music in the pool area over the weekends, difficult to relax or read.

La ubicación es muy buena, todo a la mano para conocer los pueblos aledaños y disfrutar del Lago y de los comercios de Pana

Las camas son incómodas, muy duras y el área de terraza es muy oscura por la noche. Considero que al ser temporada alta las actividades de recreación deberían de ser más variadas y contemplar el horario nocturno

Asistencia del personal excelente !

Tenía reservación para 3 días pero al tercer día me cambiaron de habitación, es incómodo estar pasándose de una habitación a otra. Lo otro, el parqueo no queda accesible, es incómodo.
