Spotlessly clean, great location where you can walk to everything in Panajachel. We had beautiful views from our 5th floor rooms. You can find a helpful person at the front desk but they seem like they don't know the area. Yes, we were toggling between our tourist Spanish and English - but we wanted to take the boat ferry to a town several towns over - a 6 min walk. And they didn't seem to know anything about it (and this is a commuter route with 3 different companies that run these ferries.) I wanted to arrange a car from the airport to the hotel - emailed, called, emailed a month in advance - nothing. A week in advance, they emailed me for the details and it did work out. I had also emailed asking for help to set up tours, etc. - and never heard back. I got questions on food allergies - which I was so happy to see - but there was never any follow up at the on-site restaurant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I really love my stay. I feel comfortable. The rooms were clean room service was 100% worth it to make sure you guys tried it. The hotels located in the perfect place where you can take any lanchas to visit all the towns.

התארחנו 3 לילות , יומיים לא היה מים חמים במקלחת ורק אחרי ויכוחים זה סודר, ארוחת הבוקר בסיסית וולא טעימה , השירות ברמה נמוכה. המלון ישן ונדרש שיפור ברמת התחזוקה. בחדר לא היה מזגן , אין מקרר, ואין כספת.. בקיצור מאכזב , ובהחלט לא ברמה של 4 כוכבים.
