"Disappointing room outlook and no air conditioning made the room stay uncomfortable"

Room facing a building site where window couldn’t be open due to external dust on outside window frame and the room being exceptionally warm and no air conditioning made it very difficult to get a good sleep

Rooms are very dated and lift could do with updated inside and views into a cement tower was poor and noisy
